'If I've learned anything through my years of working in HR, it's that a trickle will usually signal a flood. People will rarely share the whole truth with you - sometimes they don't even know THEMSELVES what they're REALLY feeling. To get to the bottom of a person's problems, you need to be attentive and look for signs of something welling up inside them that's bursting to come out. But in my own case, I didn't notice the signs inside me until it was too late. My 'trickle' was a literal one - and the flood that followed was as terrifying as it was exhilarating.'

Zazie Skymm is stuck in a long meeting with her boss when she feels an odd sensation building inside her. She didn't manage to go to the bathroom beforehand, and as she feels the slow release of urine trickle down her legs, she's bewildered to see that her boss didn't even notice.
